In the March/April edition, Ligon Duncan senior minister of First Presbyterian Church of Jackson, Mississippi to share how he trains his Elders and Deacons. He gives his 20 page or so document on what the curriculum looks like. This is an excellent resource for all of us church-men out there. Here is the Link:
